Our sincere thanks to all who came out, last Friday, to donate and celebrate our 2nd Annual Long Island Scholarship Gala at the Fox Hollow in Woodbury, New York. Some of the local scholarship awardees made a special appearance to thank the contributors and speak on how the funding, mentoring, and counseling has been invaluable to achieving their college goals. It was a premier evening filled with student highlights, dancing, dining, good music, recognition awards, raffles and a silent auction which all proceeds go towards another cycle of college scholarship funds for students from Wyandanch, Hempstead and  “You Gotta Believe.”

Recognition Awards were presented to: Dennis Kornfield, Stephen Bowen and Georgette Grier-Keyes.

Save the date, Sept. 12, 2024 and join us as we track and follow our “Scholarship Mentees” on their college journey. God’s speed to our potential college graduates and we’ll see you next year!

All donations are welcome and greatly appreciated.
